The times are 5 minutes for the first dc, 15 for the second dc according to the comments.
That means i can save time by only dcing once, or twice on a bad day.

Webso if you get 4 disconnects, you get a 15 minutes penalty, then after that 4 minutes is over, if you disconnect again in 21 hours, you get to the 5th penalty, which is 30 minutes, then.
